Eleanor Taylor Bailey, age 87, passed away peacefully at her home with her family at her side on Tuesday May 30, 2000.
Eleanor was born November 18, 1912, in Eureka, Utah, to George Albert and Annie Hill Taylor. She was a member of the LDS Church.
She married Charles Sidney Bailey April 2, 1930, whom she later divorced. Eleanor had extraordinary skills crocheting beautiful creations. She was a gentle, quiet soul who was a beautiful, loving, loyal mother to her two children. They loved and cherished her and she will live on in their hearts forever.
Eleanor is survived by her daughter, Jeanine (Kenneth) Hedin Salt Lake City, Utah; and her son, Raymond (Cris) Bailey, Vernal Utah; eight grandchildren: Kenneth, Kerry, Elisa, Kevin, Michael, Danni, Susan, Lauri; 23 great-grandchildren; and one brother, Byron Taylor of Boise, Idaho. Preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and four sisters.
The family would like to express deepest appreciation to Dr. Frank Yanowitz for his kind, compassionate care of our mother. Also they thank her aide, Teresa, of Brookside Health Services, for her loving care and concern.
Honoring her request, the family will have a private graveside service.
