SERVICES FOR MRS. CAMPBELL WERE HELD ON TUESDAY
Services for 85 year old Mrs. Blanche L. Campbell were held on Tuesday, November 14th. Mrs. Campbell passed away at the Crowell Home in Blair on Sunday, November 12th.
Services were held at the First Methodist Church on Tuesday with the Rev. Gordon Patterson officiating. Burial was in the Blair Cemetery under the direction of the Campbell Funeral Home.
Mrs. Campbell was born in Tama, Iowa on April 22, 1893. She was married to James E. Campbell who preceded her in death. Mrs. Campbell had helped her husband and son in the funeral home business before moving to the Crowell Home in Blair.
She is survived by three children, three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. The children are George Campbell of Blair; J.H. Campbell of North Bend, Oregon; and Mrs. Ralph (Virginia) Bauer of Blair.
Surviving sisters are Mrs. Verna Lundt of Blair and Mrs. Helene Rodgers of Sacramento, California.
Pallbearers were R.D. Zimmerman, Jr., Duane Harris, Meredith Kubie, Wayne Anderson, J. Emery Nelson and Gordon Vinton.
