Darrell Eugene Peterson, a resident of Oklahoma City was born May 10, 1958 in Ponca City, Oklahoma to Charles W. "Pete" & Alta Jane (Chandler) Peterson. He passed away Monday September 16, 2013 at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 55 years 4 months and 6 days. Darrell grew up in the Sulphur area attending Sulphur schools. He had lived in Oklahoma City the past 10 years and worked as an electrician. He was preceded in death by his parents; 1 brother and 1 sister.

Survived by his 3 daughters: Tamara Peterson of Roff, OK. Melissa Peterson of Ada, OK. and Brianna Peterson of Stratford, OK. 2 sons: Darrell "D.J." Peterson,Jr. of Moore, OK. and Justin Peterson of Ada, OK. 9 grandchildren 1 brother: Charles Peterson of Oklahoma City, OK

Graveside services will be 12:00 Noon Friday September 20,2013 at Dolberg Cemetery officiated by Rev. Bill Leveridge. Burial will follow at Dolberg Cemetery under the direction of DeArman's Clagg Funeral Home
