Kenneth Bernard Proctor Sr., 46, of Waldorf, MD Kenneth Bernard Proctor Sr. known as "Bernard" was born on December 12, 1966 in Cheverly, Maryland to John E. and Judy D. Proctor, Bernard went to be with the lord on Monday, September 16, 2013 "Bernard" was educated in the Charles County Public School System. He worked 23 years for the Federal Government. He was a Supervisor, Utilities Operation Foreman at Chill Water Plant at the Navy Yard in Washington, DC. "Bernard" loved watching football, boxing and cheering for his favorite football team "The Redskins" with family and friends. He loved fishing and working on cars with his father. The joy of his life was spending time with his two sons driving them to games and their friend's house or just sitting back watching movies. He always could be depended on to make a joke, bring laughter and make the world seem that much better. His smile was contagious. You never seem to be able to be sad in his presence.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday September 25, 2013 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church 201 St. Mary's Ave. LaPlata, Maryland from 8:30 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. with Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m., Interment Trinity Memorial Gardens Waldorf, Maryland.
