A native of Marlboro County, S.C., she spent most of her life in Greensboro, where she was a member of St. Andrews United Methodist Church. She attended the Glad Tidings Church.
She is survived by her husband, Ralph Hodgin of the home; daughters, Doris H. Patrick of Richmond, Va. and Patsy H. Michael of Gibsonville; brother, Raymond "Pete" Huckabee of Greensboro and five grandchildren.
