He was born Feb. 9, 1922, in Guthrie, Okla., to Ernest and Allie (Mallone) Casebier.
He attended school in Oklahoma before joining the U.S. Army, where he was stationed in Germany during World War II.
He worked as an insulator on the pipeline in various locations in Wyoming before retiring in 1962. After retiring, he moved to Cheyenne, where he has lived since.
Mr. Casebier married Evelyn F. Sinner on Nov. 12, 2002, in Cheyenne.
He is survived by his wife, Evelyn of Cheyenne; five stepsons, Jake Sinner of Cheyenne, John Sinner of Arizona, and Jeff, Joel and Jerry Sinner, all of Utah; a stepdaughter, Betty Ashcroft of Albuquerque, N.M.; and two sisters, Ruth Cotton and Dorothy Casebier, both of Oklahoma.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two stepsons, Donald and Raymond Calhoun; two stepdaughters, Minnie Navarro and Lucille VanDerford; and a brother, Calvin Casebier.
Cremation has taken place at Cheyenne Memorial Gardens under the direction of Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel.
No services are being held at Mr. Casebier's request.
