Mrs. Hazel Doty, 43, of 3021 Euclid avenue, died at her home at 10 o'clock Thursday morning, following an illness. She was a member of the First Church of Christ, Portland, Ind. Surviving are the husband, Frank A. Doty, two daughters, Virginia and Dadine(sic), and two sons, Glenn(sic) and Robert, all of Fort Wayne; five sisters, Mrs. Benjamin Soistman of Camden, N.Y.(sic); Mrs. John Hannagan of Detroit, Mich.;Mrs. Thomas O'Brien of Portland, Ind.; Mrs. Frank Hartup of Hartford City, Ind., and Mrs. Vern Riddlebarger of Greenville, Ind., and one brother, Walter Whiteneck(sic) of Ridgeville, Ind. Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock at the residence, and 2 o'clock at East Creighton avenue Christian church. Rev. Wilbur Monroe officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial park. The body was removed to Chalfant and Cutshall's funeral parlors, and was to have been taken home at 4 p.m. Friday.
