OBITUARY:
Mrs. Hoecker Dies
CARLINVILLE - Mrs. L. B. Hoecker, wife of Supervisor L. B. Hoecker of Shaws Point township, died at 7:45 Monday evening at the family home. She had been in failing health for several years.
She was the former Viola D. Dugger, daughter of the late Samuel and Grace Dugger, and was born Jan. 30, 1884 In Shaws Point Township. She is survived by her husband, two sons, Lyndal Hoecker of St. Louis, and Donald Hoecker of Shaws Point, one granddaughter Susan Hoecker; one sister, Mrs. Harry Brent of St. Louis, and one brother Martin Dugger of Shaws Point
The body was removed to the Heinz funeral home here and was returned Tuesday afternoon to the family residence. Funeral services were held this afternoon at two o'clock in the Rural Methodist church with the Rev. W. W. Cutlip officiating. Burial was in the Rural cemetery.
