THE LEBANON ENTERPRISE, Friday, Feb. 2, 1943. WORLD WAR VETERAN DIES IN INDIANAPOLIS.

Bernard Ray Ball, veteran of World War I, who formerly lived in Washington County, just over the Marion County line, died last Wednesday in Indianapolis, Ind. The family moved away from this section about twenty years ago.

Mr. Ball was a son of Mrs. Georgia Ballard Ball and he late J. L. Ball. He served overseas fourteen months with the AmErican Expeditionary Forces. Besides his mother, who now resides in the Manton section of Washington County, he is survived by four brothers and four sisters.

The body arrive at Loretto Friday night and was taken to the home of his mother. Funeral services were conducted Saturday morning at 9 o'clock at Holy Rosary Church at Manton by Rev. Jerome Lammers. Burial was in the church cemetery.

He is buried in Section C, Lot 10, grave 6. The grave register gives his name as Roy Bernard Ball.
