By 1930, Edwin had married Lillian Brackett and they were living in Manhattan, NYC, managing a restaurant there. By 1933 the couple had moved to Morristown, Middlesex County, New Jersey, and were working here also in the restaurant business.
On Sept. 5, 1934 they had a son, Rogers Edwin Dudley, born in Morristown, NJ.
The small family returned to New Hampshire, and Edwin died in Portsmouth in 1941.
Edwins parents were Harry Chester Dudley and Melissa Elmira Peavey. She was born in 1874 in Vermont and died in 1939 in St. Johnsbury, Caledonia County, VT).
