Peggy Sadler, 64 of Paris, passed away on Wednesday, August 28, 2013 at her home after a lengthy illness.

Mrs. Sadler was born on January 29, 1949 in Paris, Missouri the daughter of Elkin and Mary Lou Voyles Booth. She graduated from Center High School in Kansas City, Missouri in 1967. She married Bill Sadler on April 30, 1971 in Miami, Oklahoma.

She is survived by her husband Bill of Paris, two aunts; Mrs. Rae June Jesse of Mexico; Mrs. Marion Voyles of Corpus Christi, Texas; a brother and sister-in-law, Dutch and Remona Sadler of Kansas, Kansas, and "Her Girls" Chloe, Molly, Sadie, & Annie.

Peggy worked at Jonesy's café for Pat and Doris Berrey for many years; she also worked for the Navy Exchange Bank in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and then moved back to Paris in 1992 after Bill retired from the Navy. Several things that Peggy enjoyed was playing with her "Critters", watching her humming birds, reading, and playing pool.

A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, August 31, 2013 at 10:00 a.m., at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Paris with Reverend David Charlick officiating.

Memorials can be made to the Humane Society of U.S. (HSUS) or the Mexico Animal Shelter.
