Ruby Jane Keistler, 68, of Parrottsville, passed away early Wednesday morning, January 12, at the Baptist Hospital of East Tennessee in Knoxville.

She was preceded in death by her father, William Carl Haney; brothers, Doyle and Charles Everette "Scodsy" Haney; and grandson, Jason James Stokely.

She is survived by her husband, E.J. Keistler of Parrottsville; mother, Della Haney of Newport; son, Edward James Keistler of Parrottsville; sons and daughters-in-law, Bobby and Barbara Keistler of Bean Station and John David and Dixie Keistler of Morristown; sisters and brothers-in-law, Sarah Ellen and Paul Baines of Sharon, South Carolina, Gertie and Bart Holt of Parrottsville, and Dorothy and Jack Mooneyham of Newport; brother and sister-in-law, Carl Jr. and Beverly Haney of Newport; grandchildren, Latha and Chris Keistler and Renee Martin; great-grandchildren, Jessica Nicole, Stephanie Diane, Nancy Norene, Ashley Brianna, Carrie Paige and Tristen Christopher; several nieces and nephews; and lots of friends.

The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Manes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. John Henderson and Rev. James Suggs ofÞciating, with burial in Faubian Cemetery in Parrottsville.

The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday and Friday at the Manes Funeral Home.
