Hatcher, Joe B. age 74 of Alcoa died Wednesday, November 27, 2002, at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was a member of Faith Baptist Church and a member of The Gideon Society & John Birch Society. He owned and operated Dollys Restaurant and was a partner in J & J Candy Sales. He was a retired employee of Swans Bakery. Preceded in death by: Parents, Muncie & Myrtle Hatcher; Sister, Nell Trentham; Brother, Bob Hatcher. Survivors include: Wife, Irene Hatcher; Son and Daughter-in-law, Ben & Judy Hatcher of Knoxville; Daughters and Sons-in-law, Jo Ann & Robert Sims of Sevierville; Betty Lou & Larry Eidson of Rockford, Judy & Walter Snow of Maryville, Lorna & Jim Norwood of Seymour and Tammie & Chris Dyer of Maryville; Grandchildren, Crystal & Joel Wheelon, John & Misty Newcomb, Jeremy & Heather Snow, Matt Snow, Elizabeth & Carrie Sims, Ashley Cole, Charlie Caylor, Kim Caylor, Michelle Sharpe; Ten Great-Grandchildren; Brother and Sister-in-law, M.D. & Shirley Hatcher of MI; Sisters and Brothers-in-law, Imogene & Billy Reagan of Seymour, Louise & Johnie Tipton of Seymour, Shirley & J.T.
