SHE MARRIED ANDREW F PRUITT ANDREW F PRUITT 9 MAY 1928 IN LINDEN, VIRGINIA. GOD BLESSED THIS MARRIAGE WITH THE FOLLOWING CHILDREN: BARNEY GRANVILLE, EMANUEL EUGENE, REBA LUCILLE, PHYLLIS, FENTON MELVIN, MARIE, SUSAN AND ROBERT LOUIS.

ROGERSVILLE – Mrs. Ina Peace Brown Pruitt, 60, of Surgoinsville, Route 2, died in Holston Valley Community Hospital in Kingsport Tuesday morning.
Her husband, Andrew F. Pruitt, died in 1960. Also preceding her in death were an infant daughter, Reba, and sister, Mrs. Mary Frances Brown Pruitt.
Surviving are sons, Barney and Fenton of Scottsburg, Ind.; Emanuel and Robert Pruitt, Surgoinsville; daughters, Mrs. G. A. (Phyllis) Golden, Rogersville, Mrs. William (Marie) Bright Jr., Scottsburg, and Mrs. Russell (Sue) Hinkle, Toronto, Canada; brothers, Lark and Ulias Brown, Surgoinsville; sister, Mrs. Mattie Honaker, Surgoinsville; 18 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Nash-Wilson Funeral Home is in charge of funeral arrangements.
Services for Mrs. Ina Peace Brown Pruitt of Surgoinsville, Route 2, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Oakdale Baptist Church, Surgoinsville. The Rev. Dewey Ramey and Rev. Dewey Ward will officiate. Burial in Hawkins County Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers: grandsons. The body will be placed in the church one hour before services. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Nash-Wilson Funeral Home in Rogersville.
