She was born March 19, 1889 in Pierce Township, the daughter of August and Gotliebin (Rukaber) Kaus. She married Harvey Mack February 17, 1910 in Pierce Township. She lived in the Pierce Township area all her life.
She was a member of St. Paul’s United Church of Christ, Hinckley and a member of the church guild. For many years she was a member of the Pierce Home Extension.
Survivors include two daughters, Marjorie and Dorothy Mack of DeKalb; three sons, Harley Mack and Wife Mary of Hinckley, Donald of DeKalb, and Delbert Imas and wife Irmgard of DeKalb; a granddaughter Sandra Phelps; great granddaughters, Alayson and Amber Phelps; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by four brothers and four sisters.
Funeral services were held Saturday with Rev. Edward Freese officiating. Burial was in Greenwood Cemetery, Hinckley.
A memorial is being established in care of Anderson Funeral Home of DeKalb.
