Raymond O. Eusey, Jr., 73, of Galion went to be with the Lord Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2012 at Galion Community Hospital.

He was born Sept. 1, 1939 in North Robinson above a candy store. He was the son of the late Raymond and Wilhelmina "Minnie" (Treisch) Eusey. He served with the U.S. Army from 1962 to 1966 and was stationed in Alaska. He loved to cook and bake, especially birthday cakes and would help anyone He was a jokester and loved pets.

He is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Paula and Troy Mack of Minnesota; one grandson, Cale Mack of Minnesota; three sisters, Joann Day of Galion, Doris Hammac of Hooks, Texas, and Barbara (Buckwheat) Noggle and her fiance', Steve Stover of Galion; two brothers, William and Mollie (Dee) Eusey and Ted and Betty Eusey, all of Galion and many nieces, nephews and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by four sisters, Thelma Holloway, Margaret "Peggy" Scott, Susan Barrows, Shirley Dewalt and three brothers, Richard Eusey, Robert (Whimp) Eusey and Mike Eusey; a special friend, Robert Hamby and many pets.

No calling hours or funeral services will be held. A private family graveside service will be held at a later date at Blooming Grove Cemetery.
