JAMES ADCOCK DIES
Funeral Services Sunday For Lansdale Man Who Was Ill A Year
James Adcock, forty-one years old, died at his home on South Franconia avenue, Lansdale, yesterday, after an illness bedfast for three weeks.
Surviving Mr. Adcock, who was born at Smoke Run, are his wife, the former Esther Covelens, and three children, Frederick, eleven years old; Emma, seven years old; and Doris, five years old. Mr. Adcock suffered with a bronchial ailment. He had been living in Lansdale for eighteen years, and seventeen years was employed at the Asbestos Fibre Spinning Company plant at North Wales. He was a member of the Lansdale Order of Moose.
Other survivors are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frederick Adcock, of Ambler, and the following brothers and sisters; Herbert Adcock, of Roxborough; Mrs. Margaret Ryan, of Eagleville; Mrs. Elizabeth Vendergrift, of Ambler; and Harold Adcock of West Point.
The funeral will be held on Sunday afternoon.
