Ebenezer BRADFORD, son of William Bradford an Mary Cleveland, Born 29 May 1746 Canterbury, Windham County, Connecticut, USA. Died 3 Jan 1801 Rowley, Essex County, Massachusetts, USA

REV. EBENEZER BRADFORD graduated at Princeton College, N. J., in 1773 had his license to preach Aug. 1774, and was ordained by the Presbytery of N.Y., July 13, 1775.

He preached 5 years at Danbury, Conn., and was an eye witness to the burning of Danbury by the British in 1777.

Rev. Ebenezer Bradford, minister, settled pastor of church at Rowley, graduated Princeton, 1773-1774. Lived a few years in Danbury, and was settled 1782, Rowley, old parish; eloquent preacher. [Catchall.FTW]

On the 4th day of August, 1782, he was settled at Rowley, Mass. He married Miss Elizabeth Green, daughter of Rev. Jacob Green of Hanover, a sister of the learned and venerable Dr. Ashbel Green of Philadelphia, Penn.
