Actress. Born Marie Shunn in Sioux City, Iowa, she started in show business as a Goldwyn Girl and entered films signing with Columbia pictures in the early 1930s. She was most noted for starring in the Western serials to include "The Spider's Web" (1938), "Overland With Kit Carson" (1939) and "The Green Archer" (1940).
