Anna Margaret Hass was born June 26, 1908 in rural Orum, Nebraska to J. "Pete" and Dorothea Petersen Wolff.
She attended Lallman School.
She was married to Paul August Hass by Rev. J. H. Gerdes, April 7, 1927. They moved to Blair in 1938.
She was a member of First Lutheran Church and the Women's Church Circle.
She worked at the Gaydou Hatchery and the Blair Home Laundry.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul on January 20, 1971; one daughter, Jeanette (Mrs. Eldon) Stork; one grandson, Bruce Jorgensen and two brothers, Alfred and Elmer.
She is survived by two daughters, Arlene (Mrs. Walter) Stork of Arlington and Loris (Mrs. Donald) Jorgensen of Omaha; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and two sisters, Helen Sprick of Fremont and May Christ of Minden, Nebraska.
