Albert Talley ,92, died at 5 p.m. Thursday at the home of his son, Perry Talley of Ottumwa. He was born January 20,1852 near Ioka, the son of George Cypert and Angeline Edwards Talley. He spent his entire life in Richland and Keokuk Counties with the exception of the last 3 years when he made his home with his son, He was preceded in death by
his wife, Caroline, March 10,1940, and by one son
in 1927.
He is survived besides his son in Ottumwa, by another son Russell Talley of Richland; 4 daughters, . Anna Smithhart of Keota, Mrs. Jessie Lewman and Mrs. Mattie Lake of Richland, and Mrs.Pearl Hubbs of Washington.31 grandchildren and 33 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m Saturday at the Community cente.Funeral home in charge of the Rev. Dawson, pastor of the Friends Church in Richland. Burial will be made at the Blue Point Cemetery. The body will remain at the funeral parlors until time For service. His grandchildren
will act as pallbearers.
