Mrs. Edna Gasser Is Dead At Age 43
Kennard Woman Succumbs Saturday Following Long Illness
Mrs. Herman Gasser, aged 43, died at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Mike Ingersley, 200 West Lincoln Street, Saturday morning following a long illness.
Born in Blair July 19, 1893, as Edna Ingersley, she made her home here until her marriage to Herman Gasser on March 27, 1932. Mr. and Mrs. Gasser had made their home on a farm two miles southwest of Kennard since that time.
Besides her husband, Mrs. Gasser is survived by her parents and one sister, Emma, of Omaha.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Bendorf Funeral Home. The Rev. Thomas J. Reese of the Baptist Church officiated. Interment was in Blair Cemetery.
