There are five grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Feeney rests at the Warner E. Pumphrey Funeral Home, 8434 Georgia Ave., Silver Spring, Md, where services will be held on Wednesday, January 23, at 11 a.m. (parking facilities). Interment Monocacy Cemetery, Beallsville, Md. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home, between the hours of 7 to 9 P.M. Tuesday, January 22, 1963.

NOTES:

Ida Marie Wright-Feeney was my great grandmother. She was originally from the Poolesville area of Maryland. She was the daughter of Samuel P. and Margaret Ann America Fawley-Wright. Her family came into Maryland from Waterford, Loudon, County, Va., and before that, Bristol Township, Bucks County PA. The family were originally QUAKERS. I think that eventually, or my mother said, they became Methodist, but this is unverified.

Her branch of WRIGHTS have been traced to the Oyster Bay Long Island Wrights, but can not be proved. Her family were involved with all the wars and are true Amercian Pioneers.

1. Samuel P. WRIGHT (Father)
2. William WRIGHT
3. Patterson WRIGHT
4. Anthony Sr. WRIGHT
5. Andrew WRIGHT
6. Anthony WRIGHT

IDA COMES FROM THE BUCKS COUNTY, PA AND POSSIBLY BURLINGTON, NJ WRIGHTS. I AM NOT SURE WHICH BRANCH YET.

If you are a relative, I have been trying to put everything up on the online family tree.
---------------------
The only stories I know of are what my mother said. She was a good seamstress. She was upset with her in-laws over religion. My mother loved her very much. She was very pretty and loving. She loved her husband, John A. Feeney very much and her family.

She died while visiting her daughter, my grandfather John W. Feeney's sister, Mary Feeney-Echert, in Los Angeles.
