Martha Louise Maria Stewart was the last of four children born to Augusta Ratzlaff, the first wife of Carl Gottlieb Nahring. Her mother Augusta passed away 18 days after giving birth to Martha in Denver, Arapahoe Co., Co. Martha had three other siblings: Oscar Carl "Paul" Nahring, baby Otto who lived only 18 days, and brother Olmar Max who lived only 14 days. Martha marries George Stewart. She dies in Los Angeles, Ca. and is buried three days later in Evergreen Cemetery in Los Angeles.
