David owned and lived on the farm where this cemetery is located. Family lore has him buried here along with a few other family members. The cemetery is on a hillside and over the years headstones/rocks have been destroyed/lost except for two - D. M. (David M.) Armstrong and Willie Sorrells. My mother remembers more than these two graves having markers.
David A. died in Belleville which was spelled Bellville during his lifetime. The Post Office address would have then been Petersburg and remains that to this day.
