T. H. JOHNSON

Word was received here Thursday evening by L. M. Johnson, city clerk, of the death of his father, T. H. Johnson, age 71, near Oakville, Ind. Mr. Johnson was picking apples last week when the limb upon which he was standing, broke and he fell to the ground. Although no bones were broken, it was feared, because of his advanced age, that the incident would prove serious and it was thought he might have suffered internal injuries. Thursday evening, while sitting on the edge of the bed, he suddenly fell over unconscious and quickly died. It is believed he ruptured a blood vessel in the brain. He is survived by his second wife, eight children by his first wife, and two by his second.
The funeral will be held Sunday at 10 o'clock from the home.
