Funeral services were held Friday, March 7th, for Mrs. Harold (Lorraine) Elvers who died March 4 at the Blair Hospital. Mrs. Elvers had been in poor health for a number of months.
The deceased was born at Dannebrog, Nebraska, April 7, 1918. She was 56 years of age at her death. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Lauritsen of Dannebrog.
The Elvers lived west of Blair in the former Cuming City School District and were engaged in farming.
Mrs. Elvers is survived by her husband, Harold E. and by two sons and two daughters. There are four grandchildren.
Two brothers and a sister live at Dannebrog.
Funeral services were held Friday at the Congregational Church in Blair. The Rev. John Fritzmeier conducted the service and burial was made in the Blair Cemetery under the direction of the Campbell Mortuary.
