This plane, on it's way to India with a Polish crew, left Merryfield aerodrome near Ilminster one foggy morning & failed to gain sufficient height and crashed into a field at Castle Farm, Buckland St Mary in Somerset killing 26 occupants immediately and a survivor who died on the way to hospital.
