Son of Andrew & Alcey (Hargis) Bozarth.
His mother died when he was young. His father, origionally from Kentucky, moved to Missouri before Beverly was born. When Beverly was 7, the family perminetly settled in Adair Co, Missouri. Beverly left his wife and 3 eldest daughters behind, living with his in-laws, and went to work in Utah from early 1850 until before Oct 1853. He then returned home and never left Missouri again.
He married Frances Mildred Jackson on Oct.8,1845 in Adair Co, Missouri. They had 12 children, including 1 set of twins.
Father of Elizabeth, Elenor, Arilda, Alexander, Lemuel C., Alondes, Areney, Arminda, Ida, Julia & Lillie (Twins). Lillie died at age 3, and was the only one of their 12 children to die in childhood.
After Frances death in Aug 1895, Beverly remarried to a woman named Bessie Harris on Sept.17, 1896. The marriage did not work, and they divorced in Feb 1899.
He married for a 3rd time in Aug 1902 to a widow named May James. The marriage lasted a little over a year, ending with Beverly's death in Nov 1903.
