MRS. ANNA REBECCA TURNER, widow of Lewis E. Turner, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. G. B. Mathias, 22 N. Potomac St., Waynesboro, Pa., Wednesday at 2:45 pm of pneumonia, aged 70 years.
She was born and reared at Huyett's Cross Roads, the daughter of Jacob and Mary E. (Summers) Myers, of Huyetts. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Hagerstown.
Surviving are daughters, Mrs. J. William Darner and Mrs. Howard W. Easton, this city; Mrs. Bess Mathias, Waynesboro; sons, Roy E., Hanover, Pa.; and J. Ross Turner, this city; 8 grandchildren and one great-grandchild; brothers, Simon Myers, this city; Hollie, Williamsport; and Harvey W. Myers, Sylvan, Md.
Services Friday at 2:30 pm at the home of her daughter, 1709 Oak Hill Ave., with the Rev. Dr. J. S. Simon officiating. Interment in Rose Hill Cemetery.
