Jean Marguerite Neff Gale, 93, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 7, 2013. Born, August 1, 1919, in Altoona, PA, she was the youngest daughter of Roy A. Neff and Ethel O'Kief.

Jean was a member of Culpeper Baptist Church and a former member of Calvary Baptist Church in Altoona, PA. She retired from Children's Bible Mission (CBM) aka Children's Bible Ministries in 1980 after serving 35 years as an Associated ASA Bible Teacher. She was instrumental in the start-up of the Rolling Chapel in Culpeper and surrounding counties.

Jean was preceded in death by her husband, William J. Gale, Jr., her brothers, Wayne, Glenn, Lynn and Norman Neff and her sisters Marian Knorr and Florence MacQuade.

She is survived by her children, Teresa Malay and her husband, Larry, of Yamhill, OR, Kathy Beery of Harrisonburg, VA, and Bill "Buddy" Beales of Homer, Georgia; grandchildren, Joshua Malay and his wife Brooke, Cody and Tyler Malay, Sarah and David Beery; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 12, 2013 at 11 am at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel with Pastor Gerry Hutchinson officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery.
