Debra K. Braun, 49, of Modale, Iowa, died Sunday, Feb. 4, 2007, at Bergan Mercy Hospital in Omaha.
Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 8, at First Lutheran Church in Blair. Burial will be in the Blair Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 7, at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home.
Debra Kaye Fitchhorn was born July 30, 1957, in Blair to Glen and Barbara (Myler) Fitchhorn. She graduated from Blair High School in 1975. She received her nursing degree from Clarkson School of Nursing. She began her nursing career at Clarkson Hospital where she worked for several years before joining the staff at Methodist.
She enjoyed dogs, cats and horses. She especially enjoyed the outdoors and going on horseback rides.
She is survived by her two daughters; Kimberly Lawless of Modale, Iowa, and Nichole Lawless of Omaha; mother, Barbara Fitchhorn of Blair; two brothers and sister-in-laws, Richard and Lou Ann Fitchhorn, and Michael and Kelly Fitchhorn, all of Blair; two nephews and their wives, a niece, and two great-nephews.
Memorials may be directed to the family.
