Baltzell was born Dec. 12, 1901 in Illinois to Silas and Ada (McCullough) Baltzell. She is survived by a brother, Leslie Baltzell. She was preceded in death by her parents and Mary Jacobs.
Campbell-Aman Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
