Mr. Ball has resided in this area for the past 23 years, and was a former employee of the American Envelope, and Armco Steel. He was a Marine Veteran of World. War II, a member of the American Legion and Disabled American Veterans. Survivors include his wife Helen B., his mother Gertrude Ball, St. Charles, Virginia; 2 sons Donald, U.S. Navy, Jeffery L., at home; 1 brother Frank, St. Charles, VA.; 4 sisters Gladys Anderson, Moraine. Edith Presley and Daisy Williams, both of West Carrollton, Ruby Zell, Miamlsburg; 1 grandson Christopher R. Ball. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday from the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton. Rev. Travis Hudson officiating. Burial Evergreen Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday.
