Mary Catherine, infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Berrum, 304 South State street, died at St. Joseph's hospital Sunday night shortly after ten o'clock of pneumonia. Mary Catherine was born on Feb. 23, 1933, and was taken ill on New Year's day. After being in a critical condition appeared to improve and hope was held for her recovery, but later her condition again became critical and she was taken to the hospital last Tuesday.
Besides her parents, she is survived by one sister, Dorothy, aged 7, and two brothers, Richard, 5 and Homer, 3.
The body has been taken to the Morris Funeral Home where it will remain until the funeral services which will be held Wednesday morning at 9 o'clock from Notre Dame church.
