Michael Morganroth

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, April 4, 2005 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Sartell for Michael E. Morganroth, age 49, of Sartell and formerly of Maple Grove, Minnesota. He died from complications following a bone marrow transplant at Rochester Methodist Hospital after a three year battle with non-Hodgkins lymphoma.

Michael was born May 11, 1955 in Perham, Minnesota to William August and Pauline Mary (Siebels) Morganroth. He graduated from Annandale High School and Staples Community College with a degree in graphic arts. He lived in Annandale and was the owner and operator of Michael's Photography. He moved his business to Maple Grove before moving to Sartell several months ago. He was a member of St. Xavier Catholic Church and was a volunteer at the church school and meals on wheels. Michael enjoyed foosball, hang gliding, boating, camping, golfing, riding motorcycles, radio controlled boats, and gadgets. His true passion was photography.

Survivors include his parents in Monticello; sisters and brother Sandy Schauer of Buffalo, Mary and Randy Stotz of Mitchell, South Dakota, Kathryn Morganroth of St. Cloud, and Tom (Bev) Morganroth of Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents and an infant niece.
