Frank C. Borland, 80, of RD 4, Carrollton, died early Monday in his home after an illness of more than a year. He was a member of the Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Mary Borland; one son, Lloyd of the home; a daughter, Mrs. Clara E. Best of RD 4, Carrollton; one sister, Mrs. Lucinda Allmon of Salineville; two brothers, Martin of Dellroy and Matthew of St. Clairsville, and 11 grandchildren. Services were held Wednesday at 3 p.m. in the Allmon Parlors with Rev. R. J. York in charge. Burial was in Westview cemetery.
