Mr. Walter Hezekiah Williams, age 75, of 453 Gordon St., Bremen passed away Monday, June 26, 2006. Mr. Williams was born in Haralson County on February 18, 1931. He was the son of the late George F. Williams and the late Lera Hutcheson Williams. Mr. Williams was retired from the United States Air Force. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Delores Williams; one son, Glen O. Williams; three sisters, Geneva Mullins, Betty Norton and Kathleen Crews; and three brothers, Clifton Williams, Doyle Williams and J.B. Williams.

Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Abercrombie Williams of Bremen; two daughters, Lori Bunton of North Carolina and Kathy Smith of Nashville, TN; one son, Keith Williams of Irwin, TN; three sisters, Pauline McClain of Tallapoosa, Beatrice Witcher of Tallapoosa and Irene Witcher of Carrollton; two brothers, Frank Williams of Indiana and Bobby Williams of Bremen; four grandchildren; one great grandchild; and a number of other relatives.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, June 28, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. from Hutcheson’s Memorial Chapel with Dr. J. Howard Mills officiating. Military honors will be provided by the Haralson County Veteran’s Association. Graveside services will follow Thursday, June 29, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. from the Monte Vista Burial Park in Johnson City, TN.
