Tucker was an extraordinary companion and friend. He lived 8 wonderful years and is missed every day.
He was the bully of his litter, but came to be the loving heart of our home. He hated fireworks, thunder and gunfire and loved cheese, snow peas and eggs.
Our days were filled with frisbees, walks along the river and to and from waterfalls, Graveyard Fields being his favorite. He loved to go, no matter where, and knew the way home, always perking his nose up when we got close to the house.
He was a lover, a fighter, a friend, a confidante and an overall outstanding canine citizen. He is missed by all who knew him, canine and human alike. He was the joy of our lives.
"We who choose to surround ourselves with lives even more temporary than our own live within a fragile circle, easily and often breached. Unable to accept its awful gaps, we still would live no other way. We cherish memory as the only certain immortality, never fully understanding the necessary plan." ----- Irving Townsend
