Mrs. Rose Fiorello, 63, 1621 Pershing Avenue, was found dead about 9 a.m. Wednesday on the floor of her living room, apparently the victim of a heart attack. She had been under a physician's care for a heart ailment.
Two neighbors, Mrs. Lucille Thompson, 1628 Pershing Avenue, and Mrs. Hazel Balahoski, 1625 Pershing Avenue, a nurse, discovered Mrs. Fiorello, who is believed to been stricken early in the morning.
