James M. Griffith, 86, Brick Road, Oxford, died Monday at his home after an illness of six months. Born in Lancaster County, a son of the late Harry R. and Anna Houck Griffith, he was a retired farmer. His wife, Clara May McComsey Griffith, died June 8, 1957. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Grace Hackman and Mrs. Pearl Boyd, both of Quarryville; two brothers, Elmer and Ralph, both of Oxford; and a nephew, James Oliver Griffith, who resided at the Griffith home.
