Bivalve—Anne LaRue Mohler Aalders, 80, of Bivalve, went to be with her Lord on Saturday, June 15, 2013 at Coastal Hospice At The Lake. Born in Mardela Springs, she was the daughter of the late Franklin Maurice Mohler and Ella Mae Marvel Mohler.
Anne worked in the banking industry for over 30 years, retiring from Wilmington Trust as a Loan Officer. She was a member of Cross Pointe Church of the Nazarene. She enjoyed her family and many friends, church family and many memories of training hunting retrievers.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 60 years, Donald Newton Aalders; 3 children, Donna Anne Ketcheson of Belen, NM, Kim LaRue Scott and her husband Don of Camden, DE and David Bruce Aalders and wife Deborah of Mardela Springs; 7 grandchildren, Caitlin Ketcheson, Amy Ketcheson, Darren Scott and wife Alison, Sarah Adams and husband Ryan, Emily St. Clair and husband Ray, Logan Aalders and Lauren Aalders; 2 great grandchildren, Baylee St. Clair and Lucas Scott; an aunt, Dot Ennis of Salisbury; and several cousins.
A funeral service will be held today, June 18, 2013 at 11:00 am at the Cross Pointe Church of the Nazarene, 27765 Nanticoke Road, Salisbury, MD 21801 with a visitation one hour prior to the service. Rev. Ronald G. Parker will officiate.
Contributions may be made in her memory to the inpatient Oncology unit 2 South at PRMC (100 Carroll St. Salisbury MD 21801) or to Coastal Hospice (PO Box 1733 Salisbury MD 21802).
