PATTERSON -- Mrs. Maggie Lee Cason Johnson, 74, died April 5 at Satilla Regional Medical Center.

She was a lifelong resident of Pierce County, a member of Offerman Baptist Church and a homemaker. She was the widow of James William Johnson Jr. and was a former employee of the Sewing Factory.

SURVIVORS: three daughters, Joy L. Redfern of Patterson, Mary Cumbie of Jacksonville, Fla., and Bertha Hickox of Patterson; three sons, Junior Johnson and Monroe Johnson, both of Patterson, and Robert Johnson of Offerman; three sisters, Sara Bell Boyette of Patterson and Mary E. Miller and Bertie Mae Miller, both of Melrose, Fla.; three brothers, John Randall Cason and Lewis M. Cason, both of Offerman, and the Rev. Frank S. Cason of Jesup; 14 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and several other relatives.

VISITATION: 7-9 p.m. today at Pearson-Treadwell Funeral Home in Blackshear.

SERVICE: 3 p.m. Friday at Offerman Baptist Church, burial in Mill Creek Cemetery.
