Joyce (Joy) Anne Brown, age 63, of Newport, passed away, Sunday, June 9, 2013 at Physicians Regional Medical Center.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Hazel Ball, father, Mont Brown, Brother in law, Harold Norwood, son in law, Richard Williams; and first husband, Harold Richard Ball.
She is survived by her husband, Willie Brown of Newport, son, Anthony Ball of Newport, daughter, Joyce Sissie Ball of Cosby, sister, Judy Norwood of Dandridge, grandchildren, Korey Dale Webb and Michele Coleman of Pigeon Forge, Rodney Chace Webb and John Glenn Watson of Newport, special friends Linda Renner, Yvonne Solomon, and Janet Moss, and special dogs Fancie and Chunkie. She will also be missed by a host of other special family and friends.
Funeral services will be held 7 pm Tuesday, June 11, 2013 in the Manes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Wayne Wyatt officiating. Family will receive friends from 5 to 7 prior to the funeral service. Burial will be held 11 am Wednesday, June 12, 2013 in Sutton Cemetery.
