Born Dec. 19, 1918 in Greenville, Ohio he was the son of James and Clara (Neville) Roesser.
Mr. Roesser had worked as an inspector 40 years at Hobart Manufacturing in Troy, Ohio, and was a member of Bradford (Ohio) United Methodist Church, Masonic Lodge Dayton (Ohio) Scottish Rite and Troy (Ohio) VFW. He was a World War II U.S. Navy veteran.
Survivors include wife Bette (Bish) Roesser, Greenfield; daughters Susan Smith, Jacksonville, Fla., and Karen Gerald, Greenfield; and brother James Roesser Jr., California.
He is preceded in death by one brother.
Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Stocker Funeral Home Bradford, Ohio. Burial will follow at Miami Memorial Park Cemetery, Covington, Ohio Friends may call 5-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
