Mrs. Ethel Mulliken
LINCOLN — Mrs. Ethel I. Mulliken, 79, died at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital.
Her funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Schrader Funeral Home, Arcola. Burial will be in Arcola Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Holland and Barry Funeral Home, Lincoln, and an hour before the service Saturday at the Arcola funeral home.
She was born May 9, 1897, in Arcola, a daughter of Isaac and Maggie Stevens Bartholomew. She married Horace W. Mulliken Sept. 18, 1919, in Arcola.
Surviving are her husband; three daughters, Mrs. Roberta Chambers, Lincoln; Mrs. June Martin, Macomb, and Mrs. Martha O'Flinn, Tulsa, Okla.; five grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
A brother preceded her in death.
Mrs. Mulliken was a member of Jefferson Street Christian Church.
Memorials may be made to the church or the American Cancer Society.
