LAKESHORE - Last Friday morning the people of this community were shocked by the news pf the sudden death of Mrs. Abram S. Culp, who had been sick but a very short time with a severe attack of quinsy, which came to a fatal end on Friday morning about 7 o'clock. The funeral took place on Sunday at 1.30 o'clock from the family residence, where a large number of sorrowing and sympathetic friends and relatives assembled to pay a last tribute of respect to one who in life had been a dutiful and loving wife and fond mother and a kind neighbor. Revs. Joseph W. Wismer and Abram Rittenhouse officiated, after which they proceeded to the Mennonite burial ground on the stone road for interment. The bereaved family have the sympathy of the entire community in their severe affliction.
