GEORGE ROBERT "BOB" BERRY, age 80, of Denton, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, April 7, 2005 at Carter Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.

Bob was born June 4, 1924, in Carter County, Kentucky, the son of the late Dennis and Essie Hutchinson Berry. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather, and a member of the Labor Local #1445 for 43 years. He attended the Straight Creek Freewill Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Phyllis Kay Berry, one son, Lee Roy Berry, one great-grandson, Danny King, three sisters, Mabel Mullins, Mildred Adkins and Alice Seagraves.

Bob is survived by: His wife of 61: Clara Tussey Berry of Denton, Kentucky; Four sons: James Allen (Barb) Berry of Rush, Kentucky; Charles Richard (Patricia) Berry of Denton, Kentucky; Joe Thomas (Vickie) Berry of Mt. Perry, Ohio; Terry Glenn (Nancy) Berry of Denton, Kentucky; Four daughters: Wilma Jean Miller (and friend Duane Collier) of Willard, Kentucky, Catheren Sue (Daniel) Miller of Mt. Perry, Ohio, Debra Gay (Freddie) Burge of Grayson, Kentucky, Betsy Elaine (Timmy) Harlow of Grayson, Kentuckly; One brother: Virgil Berry of Johns Run, Kentucky; One sister: Mary Class of Grayson, Kentucky; 22 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great-grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, April 10th, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. at the Malone Funeral Home with Danny Kelley, minister. Burial will be in the Denton Cemetery. Visitation will be held Saturday evening, April 9th, from 6-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
