Usual Residence: Butte Street, Pine Dells, Prescott, Arizona. Prior to his death, he was for 8 days in the U.S. Veterans' Hospital, Fort Whipple, Prescott, Arizona. At the time of his death, 3:20 A.M., December 10, 1925 he was age 25 years, 4 months, 12 days. Cause of death: tuberculosis, pulmonary, chronic, active, far advanced "C"; contributory/secondary was pulmonary hemorrhage, asperative pneumonia. He was a veteran of U.S. Navy. Remains removed to Lemont, Illinois on December 11, 1925.
