Mrs. Beck was a daughter of Clayton Albert and Ella Whittaker Watson. She married Robert Lewis Beck on July 18, 1947, in Champaign. Illinois. He survives.

Also surviving are three sons, Stephen Beck, David Beck and Jack Beck, a sister, Ruby Marti, three grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

Mrs. Beck was a member of St. Peter's United Church of Christ in Champaign.
